Paolo Magnone
Associate Professor
Paolo Magnone received the B.S. and M.Sc. degrees in electronic engineering from the University of Calabria, Rende, Italy, in 2003 and 2005.
From October 2006 to April 2007 and from October 2007 to April 2008, he was with the Interuniversity Micro-Electronics Center, Leuven, Belgium, within the APROTHIN project (Marie Curie Actions), where he worked on parameter extraction and matching analysis of FinFET devices. His research interests include the electrical characterisation of semiconductor devices with particular emphasis on the study of low-frequency noise.
He is currently an Associate Professor of Electronics at University of Padova, Department of Management and Engineering
His research interests include the electro-thermal simulation, the experimental analysis and the reliability of semiconductor power devices and the numerical simulation of photovoltaic Solar Cells.
